Fairy Tale Friday

I will admit this week has two of my guilty pleasures wrapped into one! Pnina Tornai & Kim Zolciak Biermann…. Huge fan, guilty as charged! I could not think of a more perfect feature for this weeks edition of Fairy Tale Friday.

After Kim’s many trials and tribulations with “Big Papa” on Real Housewives of Atlanta she later met and subsequently married Atlanta Falcons defensive end Kroy Biermann. The couple were wed on 11/11/11 (Kim believed this number to have divine meaning) at their then home in Roswell, Georgia. The bride walked down the aisle to her groom in a pre-owned $58,000 Baracci gown, which reportedly weighed 32 pounds.

It’s no wonder the bride had a total of three wardrobe changes. The brides third change was into a Pnina Tornai jumpsuit.

The couples lavish day was designed by famed planner Colin Cowie. My favorite part? During the ceremony when Mr. Kroy Biermann gave rings to each of Kim’s daughters Brielle and Ariana, tears were shed by all (yes it was a bit dusty in my house that day as well).

Kim’s friend and cast-mate Kandi Burruss also preformed her ballad “Fly Above” at the couples reception, one of Kim’s favorite songs which also gave personal meaning to her Fairy Tale Day!

Opinions on a wedding day jumpsuit? I would love to hear your thoughts! Sound off in the comments below.
